Bottle body process

Color: 1. You can customize the color. Usually, it is mainly made of primary color matte and magnetic white, or the effect of adding pearl powder. Although the bottle and lid are matched with the same color masterbatch, sometimes the colors are different due to the different materials of the bottle and lid. 2. PP and ABS bottles are mostly solid color, PETG materials and acrylic bottles are mostly transparent color, with a clear feeling, and acrylic bottle walls are mostly spray color, which can refract light and have good effect.

Printing: screen printing includes ordinary ink and UV ink. The UV ink has good effect, luster and three-dimensional feeling. During production, the color should be confirmed by printing. The screen printing effect of different materials will be different.

Gold and silver stamping: the processing technology of gold stamping and silver stamping is different from that of gold printing powder and silver powder. The hard material and smooth surface are more suitable for gold stamping and silver stamping. The soft surface has poor hot stamping effect and is easy to fall off. The gloss of gold and silver stamping is better than that of gold printing and silver printing.

Lid process: the lid edge can be bronzed or silver, oil spray; The inner cover of the double-layer cover can be silk screen printed with logo, and the outer cover can be transparent. The outer cover is made of electroplated aluminum with a striking convex logo.
