Principle of Water Discharge
Do you think the spray bottle is just a simple press? No No No! Its working principle is full of a sense of technology!

The working principle of spray bottle is revealed!

Exhaust process
1. Initial state: The base studio is empty without any liquid.
2. Press the pressing head: the compression rod drives the piston, the piston seat moves down, the spring is compressed, the working chamber volume decreases, and the air pressure increases.
3. Function of water stop valve: Seal the port on the drain pipe to prevent liquid backflow.
4. Gas escape: There is a gap between the piston and the piston seat, and gas escapes from here to complete the exhaust.

Water sorption
1. Release the pressing head: The spring is released, pushing the piston seat upward and closing the gap.
2. Increase in studio volume: decrease in air pressure, approaching a vacuum state.
3. Open the water stop valve: The air pressure above the liquid level in the container presses the liquid into the pump body, completing the suction process.

Water discharge process
1. Press the pressing head: The water stop valve seals the upper end of the drain pipe again to prevent liquid backflow.
2. Liquid is squeezed: The liquid rushes through the gap between the piston and the piston seat and flows into the compression tube.
3. Nozzle spraying: Liquid is sprayed from the nozzle to complete the water discharge.
